Kassie Parker, a senior at Loras College, placed eighth in the top section of the women's 10,000 meters in a lifetime-best 32:36.22 at the Stanford Invitational at Cobb Track and Angell Field in Palo Alto, Calif. Parker smashed her own NCAA Division 3 record of 33:03.61 from last year's Stanford Invitational.
